Come meet new friends while learning about guided imagery and the mind/body connection from an audio CD by internationally famous Drs. Andrew Weil and Martin Rossman. Future meetings could potentially find us doing guided imagery exercises on deep relaxation, our inner healer and creating our own healing images.
